Roxanne graduated from Goldsboro High School in 1992 and was a jubilant member of the school chorus. She was a member of Browns Chapel Church in Snow Hill, NC and also sang in the choir for many years. Roxanne gave her life to Christ.


Family and friends knew Roxanne to be a great singer, a great daughter, a great sister and a great friend and to me a Great MOTHER. She was known for her smile and personality.
